Important notice

Due to the Spanish legislation (Ley 25/2007) mobile customers are obliged to identify themselves with a valid document. Therefore, an upload of the passport, identity card or the Spanish NIE must be carried out as part of the activation. The document needs to be uploaded on our Activation Page. After uploading our identification document, we will start the activation with the provider. This takes a maximum of 24h and you will be notified by e-mail as soon your SIM card has been activated.

How does the mobile internet work?

From the date you specify after your order, mobile internet) will be available for the next 28 days. In your mobile device you only have to enter the APN data.

How often do I need to reload the Vodafone Prepaid SIM Card?

Unlike in Germany or UK in Spain (without exception) ALL prepaid SIM cards expire if they are not reloaded at regular intervals. Every Spanish mobile service provider has its own rules. Your Vodafone Prepaid SIM card must be recharged every 6 months.
