Important notice

Due to the Spanish legislation (Ley 25/2007) mobile customers are obliged to identify themselves with a valid document. Therefore, an upload of the passport, identity card or the Spanish NIE must be carried out as part of the activation. The document needs to be uploaded on our Activation Page. This Orange SIM card will be topped up automatically every 30 days. To top up before the 30 days are over just send an SMS with the text "MAS GIGAS GO RUN" to the number 1470.  Make sure you have min. 15€ of cash balance on your card, which you can top up with us. If you have problems with topping up the card please feel free to contact us. 

In which size do I receive my Orange Prepaid SIM Card?

You will receive your new Orange SIM card as a state-of-the-art TRIPLE MODE SIM. This means you can print the SIM out of the large plastic card in any format you want. Just as you need the SIM. As MINI-MICRO or NANO-SIM.

May I control remaining minutes & data?

You can check the balance of your Spanish Orange SIM Card card tweice per day for free dialling  **111# . Each additional balance check is 0,18€.

Network coverage of the Orange SIM Card

Orange offers one of the strongest 4G networks of Spain with very good coverage. In some tucked away areas there might be some zones with bad coverage, as with any provider.
